How can I help?
Is life feeling difficult? Do you need to support with problems which are affecting you now, or is there something in your past that is interfering with living the life that you want? It can be hard to talk to family or friends, or it can feel as if there is no-one to talk to.
Challenging experiences such as bereavement, relationship breakdown, illness, bullying or work-related stress affect everyone at some point in their lives. This can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, angry, isolated or confused. If you are experiencing any of these issues, or there are other problems troubling you, I may be able to help.

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and UKCP registered psychotherapist working in Birmingham.
I am currently offering therapy both in person and online to ensure accessibility.
You may have a more general sense of unease, a feeling your life could be more fulfilling, or a lack of meaning in life.
What I offer
I offer a confidential space where you can talk about what feels important, challenging or painful. I offer short-term counselling, to address a specific issue, or open-ended therapy, to look at feelings or experiences which feel more complex, depending on your need.
